At River Valley Church,
we’re all about people, so there is something for everyone!
Whether you’re a young or senior adult, single, or married with kids, you’ll feel encouraged by the authentic community we have at River Valley Church. You can visit as many times as you want without any obligations or pressure. And who knows—you just might decide to make River Valley your new church home! As you plan your visit, here are some things to know.
What is the worship like?
We begin each service with vibrant, contemporary Christian music led by our River Valley Worship team. Whether you lift your hands in praise and sing a long or stand in quiet reflection, we hope you’ll feel God’s presence.
Is children’s ministry available?
Yes! ValleyKids is a place where your kids can have fun, grow, and discover just how much God loves them. We have multiple experiences that are age appropriate for all children. Learn more.
How long is service?
Our services finish promptly around 65 minutes. We offer the opportunity for prayer during our services. You can also submit your prayer request here.
What kind of message will I hear?
You’ll hear an encouraging Bible-based message by our Lead Pastor Daniel Dean. On occasion, we’ll have a guest speaker who will share an impactful and uplifting message.
What should I wear?
At River Valley, you’ll see everything from suits to
T-shirts and shorts. Wear what makes you feel comfortable — you’re among family here!
What time does service start?
Starting September 11 we will offer two service times on Sundays, as well as live streaming. Find a time that works for you and join us for worship!
What kind of experience will my kids have?
While you experience inspiring worship and teaching in the sanctuary, your children (two months through sixth grade) can learn a Bible lesson tailored to their grade level and participate in fun activities with other children their age in a secured area, through our children's experiences — ValleyKids, ValleyKids Jr., or Sprouts. When you arrive, you can sign them in at the check-in desk.
